Through discussions with you, review of previous returns, and exchange of records with your present accountant, we can make the change to our office a pleasant experience for you and your family. A simple "request for information" form sent to your previous accountant will start the communication process.
We are sensitive to the nature of the rural community we practice in. We go to every effort to maintain the confidentiality standard we have set for ourselves. Our staff is very aware of the day to day issues faced by families doing business together, and at the same time needing to function as a family. We know that the best of plans will not succeed if the families do not address the different needs and perspectives of all members of the family. Bringing in younger family members is a necessity, but allowing them and their spouses to actively participate in the decision making process is the key to the success of the plan.

Preparation of Taxes We prepare individual, corporation, partnership, non-profit, estate, gift tax, and trust tax returns.
Payroll Services We offer a turn-key payroll service including payroll calculating, record maintenance, quarterly reporting, and annual reporting. Give us a call or stop by with your hours, we will calculate the check amount, and give you the amount to write your check for. We maintain the records and file all your quarterly and annual reports for you.
Financial Software Consulting and Support We provide comprehensive consulting and software support for the Quickbooks, and Quicken Bookkeeping Software. We have all the versions, and can accept your information on floppy disks, zip disks, and can download from your backup on the Quickbooks site.
Ag-Plan and Biz Plan Provider We are providers for Ag-Plan and Biz Plan. The plans provide for a medical reimbursement arrangement that converts health insurance premiums for your family, and out of pocket medical expenses from an itemized deduction, to a business deduction on your Schedule C or Schedule F.
E-File Services We are authorized by the Internal Revenue Service to E-File your tax returns for a much faster refund. Tax due returns can also be E-filed and the error checking that accompanies E-filing is a nice feature.
Bookkeeping We provide bookkeeping services to our clients.
Fuel Reports/ Annual IRP We are a local source for our trucking clients to get their quarterly fuel reporting, and annual IRP reporting completed.
Elderly Assistance We offer the elderly assistance with paying bills and understanding insurance papers. It can be a burdensome task for some without families nearby. We enjoy helping our elderly clients with their changing needs.
Computer Assistance We have a close business relationship with Sheridan Computers, Inc. of Sheridan, WY. If we are unable to assist you with your problem, we have found that they can. They can also build equipment to your specifications. Our office can be a link to a complete and competent computer hardware supplier with local, available support.
Financial/Estate Planning We can assist you with both financial and estate planning. We know the issues facing families doing business together and the difficulties this presents for all the generations involved. Succession planning and estate planning are difficult topics to address. We can help you understand the issues and guide you in making the decisions to deal with the challenges this type of planning requires.
Preparation of Financial Statements and other reports We can prepare financial statements and other required reporting forms for lending institutions and banks.
Student Returns If a student needs to file a return, we will schedule an appointment to meet with them at no cost and help them to complete the return.
Financial Aid Planning Families with college bound students find this service valuable to them.
Paperless Storage Turn your boxes or drawers of paperwork into CD disks. One CD will hold approximately 15,000 pages of documents.
Email alerts We archive tax and financial information on our website and alert you of new information through email.
